Before I was a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor I was a personal trainer and fitness center manager. I have over 25 years of health and fitness experience. I have helped hundreds of people achieve their health and fitness goals. I still offer these services to people who need them. I specialize in Weight Loss, Functional Training, Suspension Training, Shoulder Rehabilitation, Sports Performance, and Kettlebell Training.
My approach is a combination of different certifications and styles I have mastered over the years and is tailored to fit your individual needs and goals. Whether you are an athlete looking to optimize, a worker with pain and posture problems, or a 40 something who just wants to get back into better shape I have the experience and coaching chops to ensure you accomplish your goals.

The process starts with a complimentary fitness consult. This will be my chance to find out what help you are looking for, if I can help, check your medical history, and assess your current fitness level. After that we can decide on a schedule and pricing plan that suits your needs. The goal in choosing a program will be to get you the accountability, structure, knowledge, motivation, and enjoyment you need to ensure success without stressing your finances.
